As you see, it's an approach that takes a radical shift away from a traditional analysis of problems. Instead, we explore what people want and ensure that this is articulated in detail, so people know what's being aimed at and can more easily recognise progress along the way.
Then we take stock of our resources, working out what will be useful for this project. And next we take the first step along the way, to find out if it succeeds in getting us closer to what we want.
Significantly, that's pretty much all we do (apart from iterations of that process), which makes it a very effective, utterly pragmatic, minimal and direct route to change.
