One of our most innovative workshops, Coaching Conundrums is designed to build practical coaching skills, and take any group of coaches to a more advanced level of skill and understanding.
As any practising coach knows, all sorts of questions and puzzles arise during coaching conversations with clients.
This one-day or half-day workshop for groups of experienced coaches presents and explores a wealth of coaching conundrums, such as:
- What do you do if the client says someone else needs to change?
- In long term coaching conversations, how much should you vary the pattern of the conversation?
- How much can you usefully ‘recall’ about clients in subsequent conversations?
- What do you do if the client says nothing’s improving?
And of course conundrums suggested by the coaches on the day.
We work with:
- Discussion of points of principle and practice
- Demonstrations of cases
- Rehearsals to explore possibilities
The result is a rich mixture of answers and insights into the puzzles that occur either regularly or sometimes spectacularly in any coaching practice.
