Our online trainings enable amazing groups of people from all over the world to be together, to learn and share on a deep and personal level. Even virtually, we create real connection, meaning and change.
As the hosts, we aim to keep the teaching and facilitation so smooth that you get to focus only on the learning and conversations that make a real difference for you.

- Managing virtual teams: communicating well and managing performance (90-120 mins)
- TranSForming your virtual team with SF coaching (4 x 120 min sessions, one per week which provides an introduction to Solutions Focus tools and how to use them to get the best out of your team, and maintain your own well-being and productivity)
1-1 sessions on current topics such as: well-being and resilience, how to work well at home, personal productivity, managing a virtual team.
These are On Demand: we set aside ½-day blocks with 4 x 45 minute sessions, and people can sign up for a time that suits them.
And packages of 3 x 1-hour coaching sessions for those who would like more in-depth coaching.
Facilitated team/group session offering a space for people to share experiences and collaboratively support each other with current issues, 90 mins with a max of 8 participants.
