SOL Summer University

The SOL Summer University is a different kind of experience to the popular SOLWORLD conferences. It is aimed at consultants, managers and academics with some experience of applying SF ideas in their workplace, and offers the chance to intensively explore ideas and practise in greater detail and at greater length.

During the five working days of the University, each morning is spent exploring a particular theme in several ways - this may be a topic (for example performance management), a context (for example team building), a related methodology (for example narrative work), a concept (for example the Interactional View) or something else. The themes connect to our overarching goal to share and build Solutions Focused practice in organisations, and feature something new and exciting.

The afternoon sessions provide a variety of opportunities to both continue exploring this topic in smaller groups, have other discussions, consultations, tutorials, reflecting teams and anything else which is relevant.
